The field
The record of the day, made where the day happens
A jobsite produces its record whether or not anyone captures it — the manpower, the conditions, the question that held up a pour. WSJ+ is where that record goes, against the job it belongs to, so the office is reading the same thing the crew wrote.
The day
What the day leaves behind
The things a crew records once and everyone else needs later.
- Daily reports
- Manpower, work performed and conditions, filed against the job. Reports keep their version history and status, so what changed and who changed it survives the week.
- Photos
- Albums against the job, with tags, annotations and sharing, rather than a camera roll nobody else can see.
- Production & timeline
- Daily and weekly production quantities recorded against the job, and a timeline view of how the work is tracking.
Keeping it moving
The questions that hold a job up
Drawings, RFIs, submittals and punch items are where a schedule quietly goes — each one tracked to the thing it is waiting on.
- Drawings & markups
- Sheets with their revision history. Callouts the system can resolve become links you follow straight to the sheet they reference — and the ones it is not confident about go to a review queue instead of being guessed at.
- RFIs
- Raised against the drawing they concern and tracked through to an answer, with replies, attachments and a status history.
- Submittals
- Named reviewers, approvals and a workflow history, with documents pulled in from SharePoint or OneDrive.
- Punch lists
- Open items with an owner, a date and an attachment trail, visible to the office and the crew at the same time.
- Documents
- Project documents kept in step with SharePoint rather than copied out of it.
