1. 01Folders by discipline or phaseThe page opens on the Folders tab. Each folder shows how many documents and subfolders it holds, and when it was created.
2. 02Inside a folderOpening a folder lists its subfolders above its documents, each with a type, a status and a version number. The back arrow goes up a level.
3. 03Every document, by file typeThe Documents tab lists every file on the job. The chips narrow it to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF or images.
